OUR 100% COMMISSION PLAN
Our most popular plan! You pay a flat fee of $300 per month (TAX Deductible, consult your CPA) and then $250 per transaction. You keep 100% of your commission (minus the transaction fee). Leases do not require a transaction fee!
OUR COMMISSION SPLIT PLAN
One of our commission options is our traditional agent/broker commission split! We offer a 80/20 split with no monthly fee or transaction fee.
